  • Telecommuting: The company is committed to being flexible to the personal circumstances and preferences of their employees. So, company grants permission to confirmed employees to work from home in any unavoidable circumstances if he/she is unable to attend office
  • Tuition Reimbursement: In order to contribute to employee development, Websters has designed this program. This program is designed to encourage employees to develop their skills by taking recognized educational courses related to their current or future career goals with the Company
  • Paid leaves: Websters understands that occasionally, situations may arise in which an employee needs to take time of for personal matters. Accordingly, we allow our employees to take personal leave of absence, provided that certain conditions are satisfied. These leaves are applicable for confirmed employees who have completed six months with us. 15 PL are given to an employee in a year.
  • Casual leaves: 12 CLs are given to confirmed employees to attend to personal needs.
  • Sick Leaves: Health issues may arise any time and may demand immediate attention. Employees' well-being is a concern of the organization .So 7 SLs are given to employee to attend to personal health.
  • Personal Time Off (PTO):We understand that contingencies may arise during office hours for which an employee may need PTO . So considering the situation PTO is granted to the employee.
